HIST302 - History of Europe Since 1500

Prerequisite: None.*General Education: Local GE L3; Local GE L4; Cal-GETC Area 3B; Cal-GETC Area 4*This course is a survey of European history from the sixteenth century to the present, emphasizing the interplay of social, political, economic, cultural, and intellectual forces. Those forces were often indigenous to the continent but also involved global interactions in which Europe influenced and was concurrently influenced by the broader world.
