Course Description

This course is a survey and study of ethics in business and accounting areas including the study of moral values, personal integrity, professional accountability, business legitimacy, equity and fairness. This course also includes the study of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Codes of conduct, Circular 230, and case analysis.

ACCTG 19 Online (10465) This is a 5-week class that begins January 5, 2026. No real-time meetings are required. All activities are online via Canvas. This class requires students to work online independently each week for the amount of TBA time shown in addition to completing assigned homework. Homework is done online using Connect.
