Course Description
Advisory: GDS 045 or GDS 845 This intermediate-level course is a continuation of the GDS 045 Web Design and Development 1 course. The focus is both on the creative design and the appropriate software and coding skills required in web design and front-end web development. Advanced design principles of type, color, illustration, and layout are explored along with intermediate to advanced HTML, CSS, and an introduction to JavaScript and other relevant technologies. A basic understanding of computer system operation is required.
