Course Description

A continuation of the introductory treatment of physics for physical science and engineering majors. The subject matter includes geometric and physical optics, the mechanics of solids and fluids, wave motion, thermal physics, and an introduction to relativity and quantum physics. Prerequisite: MATH-50B with a minimum grade of C or concurrentýenrollment.ýPHYS-4A with a minimum grade of C .
